Maasai Mara, Africa’s greatest wildlife reserve in Kenya is without a doubt Africa’s most famous safari destination. The Maasai Mara Ecosystem holds one of the highest lion densities in world and this is where over TWO MILLION wildebeest and zebra migrate annually. The Maasai Mara is also the "New 7th Wonder of the Natural World", and is situated in south-western Kenya on the northern tip of the Serengeti National Park. This is where the word “Safari” comes in to its true light, meaning "journey" in Kiswahili, Kenya’s national language.
The Wildebeest Migration: This happens through out the year, but it only happens in the Maasai Mara from approximately mid June to the end of October. The Great Migration is one of the most impressive natural events worldwide, involving an immensity of herbivores: some 1, 300,000 Wildebeest, 360,000 Thompson’s Gazelle, and 191,000 Zebra. These numerous migrants are followed along their annual, circular route by a block of hungry predators, most notably lions and hyena.

Day 02: MAASAI MARA
Morning and late afternoon game viewing drives in this Reserve, with spectacular sceneries and diverse wildlife.
All meals and overnight at SIANA SPRINGS CAMP.
Day 03: MAASAI MARA – NAIROBI
